FOT results of cooperative systems on a European scale

DRIVE C2X final event in Berlin on July 16-17

Pictures from the project research

For the first time results of field operational tests (FOTs) involving seven test sites from all over Europe are brought together. A common reference system for Car 2 X communication was rolled out and comprehensive results can be discussed on a European scale. With these results discussions about deployment become tangible.

The DRIVE C2X invites to

•  a debate about the major outcomes of field operational tests on cooperative systems for smart driving,
•  a business modeling gaming session to plan together the road to deployment,
•  a dedicated conference with Q&A sessions focusing on results, data collection and analysis methodologies,
•  deployment strategies and future perspectives of communication technologies for automation,
•  an exhibition featuring test tools used during the FOTs and
•  drive-by demonstrations.

Please find here the DRIVE C2X press release and the backgrounder proving information on the functions.
